Terms & Conditions for Preorders

1. Order cannot be cancelled, revised or refunded once your payment is received.
If your item is out of stock, we will refund you.

2. Pre-order will take about 2 weeks after BATCH CLOSED to reach us.

3. Items are non-returnable nor exchangeable after orders are placed.

4. We are not liable for any loss or damages encountered during the transit or inaccurate shipping address provided.

5. Orders cannot be added after a batch is closed.

6. Registered mailing - $3. Normal mailing - FREE

7. Send in your request to email trinketslicious@gmail.com in the following format:

8. We will send you an email of confirmation with the DBS account number to make payment to.

9. Once payment received, we will place the order.
