Terms and Conditions

. Please note that goods sold are not refundable.

. NO reservations allowed. Items will be sold to whoever fulfill the payment first.

. In the event when the payment has not been received within 24 hours after we contact you, the item will be released to the next customer on the waiting list.

. We ensure that ALL goods are in GOOD CONDITIONS before mailing out. ALL accessories will be wrapped with bubble wrap.

How to Order

Kindly email to trinketslicious@gmail.com with the following:

1. Item: Product Code (e.g. R-02)

Quantity: 1

2. Item: Product Code (e.g. B-01)

Quantity: 1

3. Name

4. Email

5. Contact number

6. Mailing address

7. Mode of delivery: Registered mail / Normal mail

Once we received your email, we will reply you WITHIN 24 HOURS indicating whether the product is still in stock.

If the product is still in stock, we will indicate the bank account number to make payment to.

Payments

. Via ATM transfer or Internet Banking to our DBS account.

. If payment is done via ATM, please send us a copy of the receipt.

. Goods will be sent out WITHIN 48 HOURS once we receive the payment.

Delivery

. Only via normal mailing or registered mailing.

. Prices shown are not inclusive of postage charges.

. Normal mailing is FREE. However, please note that we are NOT responsible for any loss/damages if normal mailing is chosen. Refunds will not be entertained if items are lost in the process of delivery.

. There will be a fee of $3 for registered mailing. Registered mail is preferred to prevent any loss of items during delivery.
